Boarding

Norwell Veterinary Hospital is pleased to offer general boarding services for cats and boarding services for our canine patients requiring daily or specific medication.

The benefits of boarding your pet at our hospital include:

  • Comfortable accommodations
  • Highly trained staff
  • On-site veterinary care if needed

For the protection of your pet and other clients' pets, dogs and cats are required to have up-to-date vaccines and proof of vaccination is required. We recommend all dogs and cats be on heartworm preventative and flea-control during the summer months. In order to prevent flea infestation in our hospital and kennel, pets with fleas are treated at the owner's expense. Our boarding guests are fed Science Diet; however, if a pet owner requests a special diet, the food must be supplied by the owner at check-in time.

Reservations are preferred to ensure adequate space for your pets, especially during holidays. You can pick up or drop off your pet any time during regular hospital hours.
